Catering should take three steps. So that's all we built.
No browsing two hundred caterers. No quote forms that turn into twelve-email threads. You describe the event once; a coordinator matches it to three menus that fit; you pick one and you're done.
Step one
Describe the event once
Date, headcount, place, food preferences, budget. One short form, five minutes, never repeated.
Step two
Get three menus that fit
A human coordinator matches your event to three caterers, each with a full menu and a final price. Not two hundred options — three good ones.
Step three
Pick one and confirm
Choose a menu, confirm the details, and the same coordinator handles delivery timing with the caterer. Done.
The promise
Easy is a discipline, not a slogan.
Catering got complicated because every marketplace wants you browsing longer. We went the other way: a coordinator does the comparing, you do the choosing, and the whole exchange fits in three touches.
We're building the service now and signing our first caterer partners. The list on the right is what we've promised ourselves never to add — it's as much of a product spec as the steps above.
-
No endless browsingThree matched menus per event. If none fit, we re-match — we don't hand you a search page.
-
No quote rouletteEvery option arrives with a final price, delivery included. The number you see is the number you pay.
-
No account required to askYou sign in once — to confirm a booking, not to see a price.
-
No surprise service feesOur fee is stated on the menu price before you pick, not discovered at checkout.
Questions
Short answers, in the same spirit.
Who picks the three menus?
A coordinator — a person, not a ranking algorithm. They read your event description, know the partner caterers' real capacity and strengths, and pick three that genuinely fit the date, headcount, and budget.
What if I don't like any of the three?
Tell the coordinator what missed, and you get a fresh set of three. That loop is still faster than reading two hundred listings yourself.
What kinds of events will you cover at launch?
Office lunches and company events first, since their needs repeat weekly, then family events. Early-access members help us decide which city and event types open next.
When can I actually book?
When our first caterer partners are signed and the coordinator desk is staffed. This page is honest about being early — the form below joins the early-access list; it doesn't take bookings.
Early access
First events get the most coordinator attention.
Join the list and we'll invite you when your city opens. Early events are how we tune the matching, so the first bookings get looked after very, very carefully.
